Refund & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for shopping with La Terre Parfum. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

Returns & Refunds (Sealed Products Only)

Returns are accepted only if the product box seal is intact and not opened.

If the box seal is opened, broken, or tampered with, the product is not eligible for return, exchange, or refund under any circumstances.

Used, tested, or opened products are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable.

This applies to all products, including:

Creation Perfumes

Concentrated Oil products

Discounted or SALE items

Promotional offers

Return Eligibility Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original sealed packaging

Return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery

Original invoice must be included

Product must be returned in its original condition

Return shipping costs and responsibility remain with the customer until the item is received by us.

Refund Terms

Approved returns will be refunded via the original payment method

Shipping and promotional shipping charges are non-refundable

Actual shipping costs may be deducted from the refund amount

Refunds will be processed within 15 working days after we receive and inspect the returned item

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch

To cancel, email sales@lalusso.net with your order reference number

Orders already dispatched cannot be cancelled

Incorrect or Faulty Items

All products are inspected before dispatch.
If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery by emailing sales@lalusso.net with your order number and clear photos/videos.

After verification, we will offer:

Replacement only (subject to availability)

Refunds will not be issued for faulty or incorrect items once the seal is opened.
