Refund & Cancellation Policy
Your satisfaction is important to Laterre Parfume. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return eligible goods to our warehouse within 7 days of receiving them.
Eligibility
- Refund policy applies only to Creation Perfume and Concentrated Oil products.
- Discounted items and SALE items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
- No refund for promotional shipping costs unless the item is faulty.
Returns Process
- Contact us quoting your order reference number.
- Return items must include the original invoice and be sent to our warehouse in their original condition.
- Cost and safety of returned goods are your responsibility until received by us; insurance and delivery records are recommended.
Refund Terms
- A delivery charge of AED 15 will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Refunds are processed using the original payment method within 15 working days after return receipt.
- Mind change or wrong size returns will be refunded minus actual shipping costs.

To avoid size mistakes, our team is always available to assist with correct product sizing before purchase.
Incorrect or Faulty Items
All items are inspected before dispatch. If you receive an incorrect or faulty product, notify us at laterreparfume@gmail.com immediately with your order number and issue details.
You may choose a refund or a replacement for faulty or incorrect items.
Order Cancellation
To cancel an order before dispatch, email laterreparfume@gmail.com for a full refund.
If already dispatched, you must return the goods for a refund (excluding shipping charges).
