Return & Exchange Policy – UAE

At La Terre Parfum, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order.

Return Conditions

• Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

• Items that show signs of use, damage, or tampering will not be accepted for refund or exchange.

How to Return

Refund Process

Refunds are issued to the same payment method used at checkout within 7–14 working days after items are received and inspected.

Delivery Charges

Delivery charges are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount, unless the return is due to our error or a faulty item.

Order Cancellation

If your order has not shipped yet, contact us immediately to cancel and receive a full refund. If it has shipped, standard return policy terms apply.

Exclusions

• Discounted, promotional, or sale items may be non-returnable or non-refundable.

• Change of mind returns may be subject to charge and shipping is not refunded.
